About Us

American Budget Company was incorporated under the laws of Ohio on October 8, 1928.  The First National Bank in New Bremen, Ohio is the only shareholder.  American Budget Company is their wholly owned subsidiary. 

The principal business of the Company is the making of direct consumer finance loans, first and second mortgage real estate loans, and the purchasing of notes and sale finance contracts from local retail merchants of the area in which the Company operates.

Funding for the company is provided thru the sale of promissory notes via an Offering Circular. These notes offer competitive interest rates and terms.

The Company’s Executive Offices are located at 10 Bremen Drive, New Bremen, Ohio.  It operates eight (8) branch offices which are all licensed by the Division of Consumer Finance of the State of Ohio as well as regulated by the Office of Comptroller of the Currency.
